Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Syed Mobeen Ahmed has won NA-175 with 96967 votes.

According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-175 Rahim Yar Khan-l constituency with 96967 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Doctor Hafeez ur Rehman Khan Drishak was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 110573 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Mir Dost Muhammad Khan Mazari who got 73885 votes.

At least 14 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-175. In 2013 elections, there were 355184 voters registered in NA-175, out of which 227313 votes were polled out.
