According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-176 Rahim Yar Khan-ll constituency with 78536 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Malik Sultan Mehmood was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 88322 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (F) candidate Malik Ghulam Mustafa Khar who got 74840 votes.

At least 18 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-176. In 2013 elections, there were 338237 voters registered in NA-176, out of which 210934 votes were polled out.
