According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-190 Dera Ghazi Khan-ll constituency with 71964 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Tahir Bashir Cheema was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 83353 votes. The second runner up was Mohajir Qaumi Movement Pakistan candidate Muhammad Ijaz-ul-Haq who got 49170 votes.

At least 14 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-190. In 2013 elections, there were 324085 voters registered in NA-190, out of which 198568 votes were polled out.
