Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Mir Amer Ali Khan Magsi has won NA-203 with 80026 votes.

According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in NA-203 Kamber Shahdadkot-ll constituency with 80026 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (F) candidate Ghous Bux Khan Mahar was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 77065 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Sardar Wahid Bux Bhayo who got 41919 votes.

At least 9 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-203. In 2013 elections, there were 228663 voters registered in NA-203, out of which 135011 votes were polled out.
