According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in NA-219 Mirpur Khas-ll constituency with 105823 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan candidate Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 141035 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Ali Muhammad Sehto who got 14701 votes.

At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-219. In 2013 elections, there were 302211 voters registered in NA-219, out of which 177743 votes were polled out.
