Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Abdul Shakoor Shad has won NA-246 with 52750 votes.

Karachi South (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Abdul Shakoor Shad has won NA-246 with 52750 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-246 Karachi South-l constituency with 52750 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan candidate Sardar Nabeel Ahmed Gabol was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 137874 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Amir Sharjeel who got 31875 votes.

At least 10 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-246. In 2013 elections, there were 357781 voters registered in NA-246, out of which 189405 votes were polled out.
