According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal Pakistan candidate won in NA-45 Kurram Agency-l Tribal Area-Vl constituency with 16353 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Independent candidate Alhaj Shah Jee Gul Afridi was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 29697 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Pir Noor ul Haq Qadri who got 20181 votes.

At least 18 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-45. In 2013 elections, there were 175036 voters registered in NA-45, out of which 69868 votes were polled out.
