Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Sahibzada Sibghatullah has won NA-5 with 66545 votes.
Upper Dir (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Sahibzada Sibghatullah has won NA-5 with 66545 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-5 Upper Dir constituency with 66545 votes.
In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Pervez Khattak was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 70053 votes. The second runner up was Awami National Party candidate Muhammad Daud Khattak who got 21435 votes.
At least 10 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-5. In 2013 elections, there were 320675 voters registered in NA-5, out of which 159999 votes were polled out.
In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 49.89 %. Detailed results can be found here
