Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Mehboob Shah has won NA-6 with 63440 votes.

Lower Dir (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Mehboob Shah has won NA-6 with 63440 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-6 Lower Dir-l constituency with 63440 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Siraj Muhammad Khan was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 54266 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah who got 34537 votes.

At least 12 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-6. In 2013 elections, there were 299273 voters registered in NA-6, out of which 140891 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 47.08 %. Detailed results can be found here
