Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Rana Shamim Ahmed Khan has won NA-76 with 133664 votes.

According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-76 Sialkot-V constituency with 133664 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Muhammad Tallal Choudhary was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 101797 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Malik Nawab Sher Wasseer who got 35750 votes.

At least 26 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-76. In 2013 elections, there were 329266 voters registered in NA-76, out of which 191686 votes were polled out.
