National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has never barred any human rights organisation to visit its lockups, said a spokesman of NAB
In a statement issued here Tuesday, he said NAB did not believe in hurting anybody's self esteem.
Clarifying media reports, he said the bureau was the most vital institution working to eradicate the menace of corruption from the country.
He said the journalist community members had already visited NAB Lahore lockups and reported the conditions of that particular place to the critics.
The aggressive campaign was the result of the bureau's indiscriminate drive against corruption and corrupt elements. Such tactics could not stop NAB from taking across the board action against corruption.
