NAB Should Initiate Action Against Rizvi For Holding Two Offices

Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) has raised objection over NAB Additional Prosecutor General Nayyar Rizvi for serving a non-governmental organization despite holding position in a public office

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th March, 2019) Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) has raised objection over NAB Additional Prosecutor General Nayyar Rizvi for serving a non-governmental organization despite holding position in a public office.

Pakistan Bar Council senior members on Wednesday said Nayyar Rizvi is head of an overseas Pakistanis organization "I'm Pakistan" and currently visiting abroad as head of that organization.They said serving another institution along with holding a public office is against the code of conduct and NAB chairman should take notice of that violation.

They said if he cannot service public he should resign from his position and fully dedicated his services to that organization.
