NAB To Challenge Decision Declareing Khalid Langu House As Sub-jail

Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal Monday directed to challenge the Balochistan government's decision declaring house of its former adviser on Finance Mir Khalid Langu as sub jail who was allegedly involved in mega corruption scam
Islamabad, , (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Nov, 2017 ) :Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal Monday directed to challenge the Balochistan government's decision declaring house of its former adviser on Finance Mir Khalid Langu as sub jail who was allegedly involved in mega corruption scam.
The NAB Balochistan had prepared a legal application to challenge the administrative orders of provincial government, said a press release issued here. The NAB had stated in the application that former adviser to Balochistan government on finance Mir Khalid Langu was allegedly involved in mega corruption scam and provincial government was giving him unnecessary facilities by declaring his house as sub-jail.
The decision was a hindrance in way of free and transparent accountability, it further added, saying that these facilities should be withdrawn immediately.
