Nadeem Babar's Orient Power involved in tax evasion

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st April, 2019) Orient Power Company involved in tax evasion of Rs190m, despite repeated notices of FBR nothing paid was revealed in FBR documents.The company is owned by the newly appointment Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Petroleum Nadeem Babar.

It has been revealed in FBR documents that overall ten power generating companies involved in tax evasion of Rs5.971bn.Fauji Kabeerwala Power Rs270m, FFC Energy Rs30m, Foundation Power Company Rs130m, Attock Refinery Rs20m and TNB Liberty Power involved in tax evasion of worth Rs130m.
