National Assembly Human Rights Committee Discusses Missing Persons Cases

The National Assembly's Standing Committee on Human Rights met here Monday to discuss the status of the cases of missing persons. The committee chaired by Zahra Wadood Fatemi was briefed by Head of the Commission on Enforced Disappearances Justice (R) Javed Iqbal about the disappeared persons.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Apr, 2018 ) :The National Assembly's Standing Committee on Human Rights met here Monday to discuss the status of the cases of missing persons. The committee chaired by Zahra Wadood Fatemi was briefed by Head of the Commission on Enforced Disappearances Justice (R) Javed Iqbal about the disappeared persons.

He also briefed the committee on the working of non-governmental organizations and raised many questions on working of foreign NGOs in the country.
