National flag not be usedto represent party: EC to Pak Sar Zameen Party

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 30th March, 2017) : Election Commission has banned Pak Sar Zameen Party (PSP) to use national flag to represent party. The case was filed in EC against the use of national flag for the party.

EC ruled that it is against the policy to represent the national flag for any political party, nether it can be used in political rallies.

Another case was filed against the party to change their name which was ruled out. The case was filed by Sajid Kiyani.
