National Kitchen Gardening Festival To Be Held On Feb 3

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jan, 2019 ) ::A day long national kitchen gardening festival will be held under the aegis of FCCI Standing Committee for Agri Tourism and Rural Culture at Best Garden Nursery Canal Road here on February 3.

Chairman FCCI Standing Committee for Agri Tourism Syed Khalid Mehmood said during a meeting here on Sunday that Pakistan was an agrarian country and rapid groom in agri-based industrial activities had changed our rural culture.

He said that FCCI Standing Committee for Agri Tourism has planned to arrange festivals for awareness of our new generation about our rural life and culture.

The national kitchen garden festival would depict rural culture, he added.

Earlier, an Orange Festival will also be arranged at Azizur Rehman Gondal Farm Kotmomin on January 20 followed by a three-day Village Heritage festival at Kala Shah Kaku from January 25 to 27, he said.
