
NAVTTC Focussing On Training Of Interior Sindh Youth: Cheema

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th August, 2016) : National Vocational & Technical Training Commission is focusing on training youth especially from interior Sindh in modern vocational courses, said Executive Director NAVTTC, Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema on Thursday.
He said it is aimed at enabling them to earn their livelihood in a dignified manner. During a meeting with Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, he said efforts are underway to select the best and fully equipped vocational institutes so that state of the art training can be imparted in market-oriented trades to meet domestic as well as at international market demand.
He said that Toyota Motors is soon to set up a world class institute at Karachi where NAVTTC's students will also be trained.
The students, he said, will also be trained at the Marine academy which will increase their chances of acquiring jobs manifold. Zulfiqar Cheema asked members of the chamber to establish a modern high quality training institute and assured them of technical assistance from NAVTTC. On this occasion, President of Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Younis Bashir, praised the services of Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema and assured their full support and assistance.
