Nawaz Sharif Greets Mother As He Returns Home

Nawaz’s mother was grateful to Allah for the return of her beloved son, and said prayers for him.

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 20th September, 2018) Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif first greeted his mother Shamim Begum after being released from Adiala Jail yesterday.

Nawaz’s mother was grateful to Allah for the return of her beloved son, and gave prayers to him.

Shamim Begum was happy that Allah has returned joy to the family. She prayed for her children’s long and healthy life.

Younger brother Shehbaz Sharif had telephoned his mother to tell him about Nawaz’s release. Speaking to her, Shehbaz said, “Mother, your son’s sentence has been suspended.”

Meanwhile, special meals were prepared at Jati Umra palace for the return of Nawaz Sharif upon Shamim Begum’s directions.

Nawaz had dinner with family last night at Jati Umra.

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday suspended conviction of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Captain (retd) Muhammad Safdar awarded by National Accountability Court in Avenfield corruption reference and ordered their release.

They arrived at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore by a special plane after being released from Adiala Jail.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leaders Hamza Shehbaz Sharif, Mian Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman, Ghazali Saleem Butt, Hafiz Mian Nauman and other senior leaders besides a large number of party workers were present outside the airport to receive their leader.

Later, the caravan of Nawaz Sharif reached Jati Umra where Nawaz Sharif greeted his mother.
