NH&MP Trainee Chief Patrol Officers Visit Punjab Safe Cities Authority

Trainee chief patrol officers (CPOs) of National Highways and Motorway Police (NH&MP) Tuesday visited the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) here in order to acquaint themselves with the use of technology for the purpose of effective policing.
On the directions of Commandant NH&MP Training College DIG Mehboob Aslam, a visit of 56 under-training CPOs was arranged to the PSCA as part of their capacity-building program.
PSCA Chief Operating Officer Akbar Nasir Khan and Chief Admin Officer Muhammad Kamran briefed the trainee officers about the working of the Authority in terms of integrated emergency response system, intelligent traffic management, counter-terrorism surveillance and electronic evidence management.
At the end of the briefing, souvenirs were exchanged among the officers from both sides.
