KARACHI (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th April, 2019) Sindh High Court (SHC) has remarked that nullifying the election is not mandate of court.A single bench of SHC led by Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar on Thursday took up for hearing a petition filed by Pak Sirzameen Party (PSP) against general elections.

Justice Muhammad Mazhar Ali remarked " those who have succeeded in election have taken oath.

It is not our job to disqualify them. If there is any issue regarding election then Election Tribunal (ET) should be resorted to.The court remarked " Nullifying election is not our job.Soofia Saeed counsel for PSP said time may please be given for preparation of the case.The court gave time till May 5 to make preparations for case.
