One Gets Death Sentence In Murder Case

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st May, 2017 ) : Additional District and Session Judge Tariq Mehmood Shad Wednesday awarded death sentence to accued Jawad and 35 years imprisonment to accused Qaisar Abbas involved in a murder case of Cantonment police.
According to prosecution, convicts Qaisar Abbas along with his Jawad had murdered a passenger Muhammad Umair of Bhagtanwala during a robbery at Railway station Sargodha on April 03,2014. Today announcing the decision o the case, the learned Judge awarded death sentence to Jawad and 35 years jail imprisonment Qaisar Abbas.
