One Injured In Roadside Blast In Bajaur Tribal District

A man was injured in a road side blast occurred in Bajaur tribal district here on Friday, officials told.

BAJAUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Nov, 2018 ) :A man was injured in a road side blast occurred in Bajaur tribal district here on Friday, officials told.

Talking to APP, an official of the administration told that Ameer Muhammad was on way to a nearby area from his home in Hasham Charmang area when a remote controlled bomb placed along the road exploded.

The tribal elder was seriously wounded in the incident and was shifted to the district headquarters hospital Khar, by the local people who immediately reached the spot after heard the blast.

Following the blast, a team of officials and Levies personnel also arrived to the area and conducted search operation in the area.

Meanwhile, a doctor at the district headquarters hospital in Khar told this correspondent that the wounded person was likely to shift to a hospital in Peshawar due to his critical condition.
