Over 100 Million Voters To Exercise Votes' Rights In Polls: Election Commission Of Pakistan

Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday said that the total registered voters in the country had reached the figure of 105,955,409 with 59,224,263 male and 46,731,146 female voters.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jun, 2018 ) :Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday said that the total registered voters in the country had reached the figure of 105,955,409 with 59,224,263 male and 46,731,146 female voters.
According to final electoral rolls-2018 shared by the ECP, out of total registered voters 60,672,870 were from Punjab, 22,391,244 voters were from Sindh, 15,316,299 voters from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 4,299,494 voters from Balochistan, 2,510,154 voters from FATA and 765,348 voters from Federal capital.
The ECP said that in Punjab, the male voters were 33,679,993 while female voters were 26,992,877. In Sindh the male voters were 12,436,844 while female voters were 9,954,400.
Similarly, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa the male voters were 8,705,831 while the female voters were 6,610,468. In Balochistan the male voters were 2,486,230 while the female voters were 1,813,264.
In FATA the male voters were 1,507,902 while the female voters were 1,002,252. In federal capital the male voters were 407,463 while the female voters were 357,885.
The district wise statistics of registered voters in final electoral rolls 2018 revealed that the highest registered voters in Punjab were from Lahore as the total voters were 5,398,623 with 3,012,260 male and 2,386,363 female.
The minimum registered voters surfaced from Punjab were 684,447 from Hafizabad with male 384,762 and 299,685 female voters.
The Sindh province list showed highest voters in Karachi central that were 1,860,137 with 1,022,080 male and 838,057 female voters. However, Tando Muhammad Khan came up with the minimum registered voters of total 274,941 with 150,984 male and 123,957 female.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's capital Peshawar would give some 1,693,386 people of right to vote with having 979,771 male and 713,615 female voters ratio. Meanwhile Tor Ghar was witnessed in the bottom of list of registered voters in final electoral rolls 2018's list with total 90,414 voters with having 51,593 male and females.
Moreover, the Quetta city took the lead from all of the districts of Balochistan as the list showed 683,957 registered voters in province's capital with 399,122 male and 284,835 female voters. Besides, Sherani was the city with least registered voters that were 39,753 with having 22,715 males and 17,038 females.
