Over 4-kg Hashish Seized, 29 Arrested

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Mar, 2018 ) :Police on Sunday arrested 29 accused and recovered narcotics and illegal weapons from them. Police spokesman said that during continued drive against drug-paddlers and criminals, teams of different police stations conducted raids, arrested the accused, and recovered four kilograms of hashish, 890 bottles of liquor, 11 pistols of 30-bore, a Kalashnikov, a rifle of 444-bore, a rifle 12 bore and bullets from them.

The accused were identified as Amanullah, Mazhar Abbas, Shakeel Ahmed, Tanveer Ahmed, Liaqat Ali, Adnan, Sibtain, Bilal, Ansar Abbas, Pervez, Shahbaz and others. Police have registered separate cases and started investigation. APP/cah/rsd
