ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Nov, 2018 ) :Federal Minister for Petroleum Ghulam Sarwar on Friday said Parliament was the most prestigious and proper forum to discuss and resolve national issues .
Talking to a private news channel he asked opposition to stand by with the government to strengthen the economy as the country was already facing many issues.
Responding to a question regarding to Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry, who was barred from attending the ongoing session of the Upper House by the Chairman Senate, he said he never used un-parliamentary language in the House.
.
To another question he said if opposition parties talked about masses they must exhibit it practically too as the opposition was continuously disturbing the environment of the house and using different tactics for diverting the attention of the house from real issues.
He asked all parliamentary members to respect the house and follow its rules adding Mushahidullah Khan had also been using derogatory language but he was never asked to apologize.
