Balochistan Awami Party candidate Nawabzada Tariq Magsi has won PB-16 with 14959 votes.

Jhal Magsi (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Balochistan Awami Party candidate Nawabzada Tariq Magsi has won PB-16 with 14959 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Balochistan Awami Party candidate won in PB-16 Jhal Magsi constituency with 14959 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party candidate Obaidullah Jan alias Babat was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 9018 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Muhammad Khan alias Toor who got 8738 votes.

At least 26 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PB-16. In 2013 elections, there were 69796 voters registered in PB-16, out of which 35390 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 50.70 %. Detailed results can be found here
