Independent candidate Akhtar Muhammad has won PB-25 with 2194 votes.

Quetta (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Independent candidate Akhtar Muhammad has won PB-25 with 2194 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Independent candidate won in PB-25 Quetta-II constituency with 2194 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 11830 votes.

The second runner up was Independent candidate Haider Ali Jamali who got 9038 votes.

At least 21 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PB-25. In 2013 elections, there were 87958 voters registered in PB-25, out of which 37751 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 42.92 %. Detailed results can be found here
