According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Balochistan National Party (Awami) candidate won in PB-43 Panjgoor constituency with 15051 votes.

In 2013 general elections, National Party candidate Haji Muhammad islam was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 4369 votes. The second runner up was Balochistan National Party (Awami) candidate Asadullah who got 2192 votes.

At least 3 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PB-43. In 2013 elections, there were 32764 voters registered in PB-43, out of which 7524 votes were polled out.
