
PBC Condemns Assassination Of President BHC, Calls For Nationwide Strike On Tuesday

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Augst,2016) : Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) Monday strongly condemned the assassination of Bilal Anwar Kasi, President, Baluchistan Bar Association and terrorists attack in Civil Hospital, Quetta.
The PBC has appealed the Lawyers to observe Countrywide strike on Tuesday (August 9) and one week Mourning. The Lawyers while observing Strike and Mourning will hold protest meetings in their Bar Rooms and wear Black Bands to condemn the tragic incident. Dr.
Muhammad Farogh Naseem, Vice-Chairman and Abdul Fayaz, Chairman, Executive Committee also condemned the terrorists attack.
They demaned of the government to ues all resources to maintaining law and order situation in Baluchistan and providing security and safety there to the people.
They have demanded of the Government to arrest the culprits and bring them to book at the earliest. While expressing solidarity with bereaved families, on behalf of the legal fraternity, they have emphasized the need of evolving foolproof practical strategy and plan for improving the law and order situation.
