PCMA Election Clarification

Mansoor Haider Jawaid of Rudolf Pakisttan (Pvt) Limited, Pervaiz Hussain Sufi of Pharmagen Limited and Abdul Qayoom of Engro Polymer have also been elected unopposed as Executive Committee Member along with other 13 EC members of the Pakistan Chemical Manufacturers Association (PCMA) for the year 2017-18
LAHORE, Sept 19 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2017 ) : Mansoor Haider Jawaid of Rudolf Pakisttan (Pvt) Limited, Pervaiz Hussain Sufi of Pharmagen Limited and Abdul Qayoom of Engro Polymer have also been elected unopposed as Executive Committee Member along with other 13 EC members of the Pakistan Chemical Manufacturers Association (PCMA) for the year 2017-18.
PCMA Secretary General Iqbal Kidwai here Tuesday clarified that the election were held on 16 seats of the executive committee, but the unofficial results released on Friday last missed the three Names unintentionally.
However, he added, the repective election commission had now officially confirmed the election of 16 candidates elected unopposed as Executive Committee Member of the PCMA, which included Mansoor Haider Jawaid of Rudolf Pakistan Pvt Ltd, Pervez Husain Sufi of Pharmigan, Abdul Qayoom of Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd, Abrar Ahmad of SRC, Ali Majeed of ICI Pak Ltd, Amir Niazi of Descon Oxychem Ltd, Ghulam Mustafa of Ittehad Chemicals Ltd, Haroon Ali Khan, CHT Pakistan Pvt Ltd, Ms.
Humaira Shazia (Women Seat) of DIC Pakistan Ltd, Mohsin Tariq of MIMIR Chemical Pakistan Ltd, Mian Muhammad Adrees of Sitara Chemical Industries Ltd, Mr. Muhammad Shakil Monoo of Olympia Chemicals Ltd, Ms.
Nabila Intisar (Women Seat) of Waleed Tech Pvt Ltd, Pervez Tanveer Tufail of Tufail Chemicals & Surfactants Pvt Ltd, Zafar Mahmoud of Nimir Industrial Chemicals Ltd and Zubair F. Tail of Tufail Chemical Industries Ltd.
The election commission that conducted the election was comprised of Mansoor Haider Jawaid of Rudolf Pakistan, Zafar Qidwai, CEO Burger and Amer Afzal of Oxychem. The newly elected body would take over the charge of their offices in the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 26, 2017 after official announcement of the election results.
