PDMA chairman visits flood-hit areas

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th july, 2016) : Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab Chairman Jawad Rafique Malik on Friday visited flood-hit areas of nullah Bhade and nullah Palkho. According to a press release, he directed local departments that pumping out of stagnant water should be started at the earliest and ordered the district administration to arrange food and clean drinking water for flood victims.

He also directed officials of the livestock department to arrange fooder for animals. He ordered officials of the health department to send mobile teams in flood-hit areas with vaccination to cope with flood diseases.
