Peasant Leader, Brothers Booked In FIR of Forceful occupation Of Property, Assault

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Aug, 2024) The Sindh Hari Committee's President Samar Jatoi and his 2 brothers are among 5 persons booked in an FIR on the court's order for allegedly trying to occupy a residential property in Qazi Mohalla in Haider Chowk area.
The complaint was registered at Makki Shah police station here on Monday on the complaint of Irfan Ahmed Qureshi, a resident of Civil Lines area.
He alleged that Jatoi, Munazar Jatoi, Mutahir Jatoi, Wasif Qureshi and Sattar Qureshi, besides 4 to 5 unknown persons broke the padlock of his property, house number 14, and also tortured its occupants.
Qureshi further alleged that he and another person accompanying him were subjected to verbal abuses besides being beaten at Makki Shah police station where the SHO had summoned both the parties.
According to him, SHO Makki Shah had saved his life by locking him in a room in that police station.The police have although lodged the case, Samar and other accused persons could not be arrested.
