Penalty of `Censure' imposed on ADJ Qadir Bux Dahri

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -5th Sep,2016) : Additional District & Session Judge, Ghotki Qadir Bux Dahri has been imposed upon penalty of `Censure', after giving an opportunity of personal hearing and perusing the record by the authorized officer.

The action is taken under prescribed in Rule 4 (1) (a) (i) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973, said a statement on Monday.
