Penalty of compulsory retirement imposed upon sr. civil judge

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 06th Jan, 2017 ) : The Chief Justice of High Court of Sindh has imposed penalty of compulsory retirement upon a senior civil judge Saleem Qambrani, with immediate effect.

Earlier, a final show cause notice had been issued to Saleem Qambrani on October 31, 2016 and was also provided an opportunity of personal hearing, said an officials statement on Friday. APP/ars/msk/rn
