Peshawar High Court (PHC) Launches Cleanliness Week

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jul, 2018 ) :Registrar Peshawar High Court (PHC) Khwaja Wajihuddin here on Monday inaugurated "Cleanliness Week" launched by PHC.
Speaking on the occasion, Khwaja Wajihuddin said that cleanliness was considered as half of the faith in our religion and health and both strengthen come through cleanliness of our body and our surroundings. "The main purpose of organizing the week is to make people aware about importance of healthy environment", he said and added that cleanliness standard of the building will be maintained throughout the year to set example for others.
Addressing the ceremony, Vice President Peshawar High Court Bar Association, Ibrahim Chamkani, said that legal fraternity will fully support the High Court administration to maintain cleanliness within the PHC building.
He suggested placing more dustbins at various points and make people aware to dispose off garbage in these dustbins to avoid littering. He said that cleanliness campaign is necessary to encourage others to maintain better environment.
The inaugurationceremony was attended by officials of the Peshawar High Court, representatives of Peshawar High Court Bar Association, senior lawyers and sanitary staff of PHC.
