MULTAN , (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Nov, 2017 ) :Former prime minister and PPP stalwart Yusuf Raza Gilani said on Thursday that those who thought the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) was dead lived in a fool's paradise.

He said the PPP was a party of federation and it wanted to see the country economically strengthened. Gilani was speaking at a ceremony held in connection with the PPP golden jubilee celebrations on its foundation day here at Doulat Gate.

He said philosophy of Shaheed ZA Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto Shaheed was the need of the hour in today's political situation. Gilani said that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto would address a public gathering on December 15 in Multan after Friday prayers.

The PPP senior leader said it was none other than Bilawal who could lead the youth as he was a future leader of the country. He said the Bilawal House in Multan would be accomplished within three months.
