Independent candidate Abdul Ghaffar has won PK-26 with 17087 votes.

Kohistan (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Independent candidate Abdul Ghaffar has won PK-26 with 17087 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Independent candidate won in PK-26 Kohistan Lower constituency with 17087 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Iftikhar Ali Mushwani was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 13618 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Sher Afghan Khan who got 11128 votes.

At least 14 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PK-26. In 2013 elections, there were 123589 voters registered in PK-26, out of which 62265 votes were polled out.
