Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Taj Muhammad has won PK-29 with 20177 votes.
Battagram (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Taj Muhammad has won PK-29 with 20177 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PK-29 Battagram-II constituency with 20177 votes.
In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Tufail Anjum was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 15986 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Abdul Akbar Khan who got 11830 votes.
At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PK-29. In 2013 elections, there were 131491 voters registered in PK-29, out of which 55372 votes were polled out.
In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 42.11 %. Detailed results can be found here
