Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Fahim Ahmad has won PK-72 with 15410 votes.

Peshawar (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Fahim Ahmad has won PK-72 with 15410 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PK-72 Peshawar-VII constituency with 15410 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Independent candidate Shah Muhammad Khan was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 14735 votes. The second runner up was Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam (F) candidate Hamid Shah who got 13207 votes.

At least 19 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PK-72. In 2013 elections, there were 108129 voters registered in PK-72, out of which 40075 votes were polled out.
