PM Imran Gets A Way Out In Sita White Case As Adv Abdul Wahab Baloch Joins PTI

Advocate Baloch has announced to withdraw the case against the prime minister seeking his disqualification in the Sita White Case.
Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 4th December, 2018) Advocate Abdul Wahab Baloch of Pakistan Justice and Democratic Party has joined the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), clearing Prime Minister Imran Khan’s way in the Sita White case.
According to media reports, Advocate Abdul Wahab Baloch, the secretary general of former chief justice Iftikhar Chaudhry’s Justice and Democratic Party, announced to join the PTI after meeting senior party leader Naeem ul Haque.
Advocate Baloch has announced to withdraw the case against the prime minister seeking his disqualification in the Sita White Case.
Prior to elections, Imran Khan’s nomination from NA-243 was challenged by Iftikhar Chaudhry using the Sita White case.
Chaudhry had filed a petition against Khan in Supreme Court under Article 62-1(f) over allegations that he fathered a ‘love child’.
Chaudhry had adopted that we want someone free of these allegations to be the leader of the country. People trust leaders and he should be clean. This issue will be taken to its logical conclusion.
According to Article 62-1(f) regarding eligibility of parliamentary candidate, a person who is not wise and honest is not eligible to be elected in National Assembly.
