Information Minister says PML-N and PPP lost their support in public.
LAHORE- Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry has claimed that PML-N took back the protest call for 23
rd March because people are not willing to participate in it.
Talking to a local TV, he said that PML-N and PPP had lost their support in public and now they were only playing politics of non-issues.
PML-N social media wing has announced a rally in solidarity with its jailed leader Nawaz Sharif on March 23 but it later took back the call.
Fawad said the
PML-N was unable to bring people at roads because they have no roots in masses.
He claimed that
PML-N only held public meetings when it came into power. The former ruling party, he said, had used government machinery and government employees to fill the place of meetings.
