PML (N) Submit Reference To Speaker For Disqualification Of Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th August, 2016) :The Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) on Friday submitted reference to National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq seeking disqualification of chief of the Tehreek-i-Insaaf Imran Khan. A delegation of PML-N met Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in his Chamber and submitted a reference to the speaker under Article 62 and 63 Constitution for disqualification of Imran Khan, MNA from the National Assembly seat.
The delegation comprising MNAs Muhammad Talal Chaudhry, Danyal Aziz, Mohsin Nawaz Ranjha, Ch. Muhammad Hamid Hameed, Nadeem Abbas, Syed Muhammad Ashiq Hussain Shah, Muhammad Khan Daha and Main Abdul Manunan.
The members of delegation sought Speaker's decision on disqualification of Imran Khan. In his remarks the Speaker assured the members that decision on the reference will be taken according to constitution and rules.
