PMLN is trying to convince Ch Nisar not to discuss party’s inner matters in public
Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 19th June, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) leaders are trying to contact senior party leader and former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar as he has signaled to speak against the party.
The PMLN is trying to convince Ch Nisar not to discuss party’s inner matters in public.
According to reliable sources, Ch Nisar has hinted to make some important revelations about PMLN, Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz. To this, some PMLN leaders are trying to get in touch with Nisar so that he remains silent and does not reveal party’s inside matters.
However, Ch Nisar is firm and said that he will reveal everything before the people. Nisar is also expected to soon hold a press conference in this regard. The press conference will be held after the return of Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz from London.
Addressing a public gathering at Chakri on Monday, the former interior minister said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif was not eligible to head the party in the 90s but we made him party leader.
“When the PMLN was established it had only 15 or 20 members. Nawaz Sharif was neither a senior member nor eligible to lead the party but we had no other choice,” he said,
Nisar said that he carried the burden of Nawaz Sharif for 34 years.
“I don’t owe him anything but Nawaz is indebted to me,” he said, and added, “There are many things which I wanted to share with people about the inner politics of PMLN and the role of Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz. But due to the critical health condition of Begum Kalsoom Nawaz, I will not speak about it publicly.”
