
PMLN's Arshad Javed Wins PP-260 Election

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jul, 2018 ) :Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz's (PMLN) candidate Muhammad Arshad Javed has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-260 Rahim Yar Khan-6 by securing 35,791 votes.
According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, PTI's candidate Abdul Majid stood second by getting 27,644 votes.
The third position was grabbed by Independent candidate Chaudhry Muhammad Ejaz Shafi 25,455 votes.
The voters' turnout was recorded at 53.27%.
