Police arrest 12 gamblers in Bahawalpur

The police conducted raids at dens in different areas and arrested 12 gamblers red handed. Cases have been lodged against the suspects.

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Nov, 2018 ) :The police conducted raids at dens in different areas and arrested 12 gamblers red handed. Cases have been lodged against the suspects.

Official sources said that acting on a tip-off, two police teams conducted raids at dens in Bahawalupr city and Ahmedpur Sharqia town and arrested 12 gamblers.

The police also recovered cash from the possession of the accused.

Civil Lines and Ahmedpur Sharqia police have lodged cases against the accused while further probe was underway.
