Police Arrest 25 Suspects, Recover Illegal Arms

HANGU, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Jan, 2018 ) :The Thall police here on Monday during search and strike operation arrested 25 suspects and seized cache of arms at Mamy Bandy. Police said three people with possession of illegal arms and six others for violating tenant Act were also among the arrested persons.

The operation was conducted under the headship of SHO Duwaba, Amir Zaman in Mama Banda where three persons were arrested for possessing illegal arms. Besides, 25 suspects were also taken into custody.

Police also recovered one Kalashnikov, one 12-bore rifle, 40 cartridges of different bores. The SHO said drive against anti-social elements would continue in the area and no one would be allowed to take law into his own hands.
