Police Finalizes Security Plan For Chehlum In DI KHAN

District Police have finalized all the necessary arrangements and security plan for the peaceful holding of Chehlum Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA).

DI KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Oct, 2018 ) :District Police have finalized all the necessary arrangements and security plan for the peaceful holding of Chehlum Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA).

According to police here on Saturday, the district has been divided into five sectors for better security measures.

As many as 2000 policeman including 15 inspectors, 36 sub-inspectors, 42 assistant sub-inspectors and 180 head constables would be deputed for Chehlum duties besides three platoons of Reserve Police.

A total of 23 Majalis (gatherings) would be arranged in different Tehsils including 17 in DI Khan, two in Pahar Pur and four in Kulachi.

Special check posts of Pak Army and police would be established on entry and exit points of the city. Ban has also been imposed on pillion riding and brandishing of arms during Chehlum days.
