Police, Sindh Rangers Conduct Search Operation In Sultanabad

Karachi Police and Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Friday conducted a joint search operation in Sultanabad area near P.I.D.C.

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Nov, 2018 ) :Karachi Police and Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Friday conducted a joint search operation in Sultanabad area near P.I.D.C.

Each of the house in the area was searched while identification documents of suspected persons were also checked, however no arrests were made, said a police official.

The operation was conducted for maintenance of peace during the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awwal.

Meanwhile, the city police arrested 14 accused from different areas of the metropolis.

According to details, Ibrahim Hyderi Police arrested 3 accused and recovered snatched mobile phones, cash, liquor bottles and arms from their possession.

Darakhshan police arrested 9 beggars and drug peddlers during raids while two accused were arrested after recovery of betel nuts ofworth millions of rupees during snap checking in Lyari.
