Power Projects Being Completed Speedily: PML-N Leaders

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Oct, 2016 ) : Pakistan Muslim League-N leaders said on Monday that various power projects were being completed speedily under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, and a lot of work had been done during the last three years.
Talking to APP, MPA Majid said that work on power and gas projects was in progress and the energy shortage would be overcome till 2017-18. He said that thousands of megawatts electricity would be added to the national grid with the completion of power projects till the end of 2017 which would greatly help overcome the energy crisis.
To a question, he said that the results of bye-elections in Taxila and Chichawatni provided an ample reply to the sit-in politicians. Also, PML-N leader and parliamentary secretary for health Khawaja Imran Nazir said that the PML-N government was completing public welfare projects at a high pace and transparency and resources had been diverted to the less-developed areas.
